Getting Your Drama Ready (Order Processing)
All our nails are handmade with love and attitude, so please allow 1-3 business days for our team to perfect your order before it ships. We promise it's worth the wait!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping (Norway): Your new obsession is on its way! We ship all domestic orders with Posten. Once shipped, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Yes, we ship our fabulousness worldwide! International orders are also shipped via Posten in partnership with local carriers in your country. Delivery times can vary depending on your location but generally take 7-21 business days.
Stalk Your Package (Shipment Confirmation & Tracking)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this to follow its journey to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Queens: A Note on Customs & Taxes
Please note that 'Cuz Pink Better' is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We hate surprise fees as much as you do, so please check with your local customs office for more information if you are unsure.
Damaged in Transit?
While we package every order for a safe journey, sometimes things happen! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at post@pinkbetter.no. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll work with you to make things right, 'cuz you deserve to be nothing less than fabulous.
