Our 14-Day "Changed My Mind" Policy

 

In accordance with Norwegian law, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.

Please note: For returns under this policy (e.g., if the size isn't a perfect fit or you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

Return Eligibility (The Not-So-Fun But Important Rules)

 

We get it, the perfect fit is everything! You can carefully open the box to test the size by placing the nails on your fingertips (but absolutely NO glue or adhesive, bestie!).

To be eligible for a return, the full set of nails must be in pristine, as-new condition and returned in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, any nails that show signs of wear, have been filed, or have had any adhesive applied cannot be accepted. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at post@pinkbetter.no. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Something Wrong With Your Order? (Damages & Issues)

 

Received something defective, damaged, or not what you ordered? Oops! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at post@pinkbetter.no so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: If the issue is due to our error (a defect, damage during shipping, or the wrong item was sent), we will of course cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of our products, any press-on nail sets that have been worn, used with glue/adhesives, or are not in their original as-new condition cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item you're vibing with.

 

Refunds (Getting Your Money Back)

 

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
