It's all about the attitude and the artistry, darling! Each set is handmade and loaded with details we obsess over—from 3D charms and intricate art to dazzling glitter finishes. We believe "More is More," and our nails are designed to be statement pieces, not just accessories.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes, queen! Our nails are built to outlast the haters. With proper care (treat 'em like jewels, not tools!), you can totally re-apply them for your next adventure. They are designed for multiple slay sessions.

A design I love is sold out. Will it come back?

Here's the tea: most of our sets are limited-edition drama. We create in exclusive small batches to keep things fresh and "Fierce". When a design sells out, it often makes way for a new obsession. If you see something you love, our advice is to snatch it!

Seriously, how do I find my size?

Guessing is for basics, and you're anything but! Because our nails are handmade art, they come in specific, pre-set sizes. To find your flawless fit, head over to our product page for a super easy tutorial on how to measure your nails at home.

What comes in my kit?

Everything you need to activate your inner icon! Each order includes your set of 10 handmade press-on nails, a nail file, a cuticle stick, and professional-grade nail glue. Oh, and because we're "Unapologetically Extra", we always include a little surprise gift to make your day even more fabulous.

How do I apply them so they actually stay on for a while?

Ready for nails that stick around? Start with clean, dry nails. Gently buff the surface, push back your cuticles, and then apply a drop of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on. Press it down firmly for 15-20 seconds. Boom. You're now ready to "own the room".

How long until my order ships from your studio?

We know you want your new nails ASAP! Since every set is handmade with attitude, please allow us 1-3 business days to perfect your order before we ship it out from our studio in Oslo.

Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees?

Absolutely! We ship our fabulousness worldwide using Posten. Just be aware that you, our fabulous international customer, are responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge.

How can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can stalk its journey all the way to your mailbox.

THE FINE PRINT 📝

What's the return policy, for real?

We have a 14-day return policy. We get that fit is everything, so you can carefully open the box to test the size by placing the nails on your fingertips. But absolutely NO glue or adhesive, bestie! For hygiene reasons, any nails that have been worn, glued, or aren't in perfect, as-new condition cannot be returned.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

That depends, bestie! If an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order (oops, it happens!), the return shipping cost is 100% on us. We'll make it right.

If you're returning a set for other reasons, like a change of heart or if you chose a size that wasn't your perfect fit, then you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
