These terms of sale apply to all sales of products from www.pinkbetter.no. By visiting and/or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.
1. Parties

Buyer: The person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the buyer/you.
2. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale, the information provided in the checkout process, and the order confirmation. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at checkout when you complete your order.
All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total cost of the purchase, including shipping, will be displayed before final confirmation of your order.
We offer secure payment through our partners (Shopify Payments, Vipps, etc.). Your payment method will be charged when the item is shipped from us. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
4. Shipping
All our nails are handmade, so please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and prepare your order before it ships.
- Shipping in Norway: We use Posten. Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days after the package has been shipped.
- International Shipping: Expected delivery time is 7-21 business days. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at post@pinkbetter.no within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will find a solution.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Norwegian and EU/EEA law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. You will need to provide proof of purchase to exercise this right.
Important Exception for Hygiene Products: Press-on nails are considered a hygiene product. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- To test the size: You can carefully open the box and hold the nails up to your own to check the fit, but absolutely NO glue or adhesive tape may be used. Any nails that show signs of wear, have been filed, or have had adhesive applied cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous notice (e.g., by email to post@pinkbetter.no) before the deadline expires.
6. Return and Refund
When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us without undue delay. You, the buyer, are responsible for covering the direct costs of return shipping.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used.
- Sale items or gift cards.
7. Claims for Defective Goods
If there is a defect with the product, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. A defect is a flaw that existed when you received the item. A claim must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, and no later than two years after you received the product.
To file a claim, contact us at post@pinkbetter.no with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos that document the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, a new item, or a refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for an approved claim.
8. Seller's Rights and Reservations
- Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
- Accuracy of Information: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.
- Color Display: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be precise.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law.
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you as a consumer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Agency (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation. For consumers in the EU/EEA, you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed here: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
